Another rejected bug report: GMC scrollbars do not respond after raising a context menu

Am I just too stupid to use the bug system?  Here is another bug that bounced
from submit@bugs.gnome.org.

Package: mc
Version: 4.5.21

Right-click on any filename in GMC, then right-click again to close the
context menu.  Scrollbars will no longer accept mouse input.  Left-clicking on
the main window again brings the scrollbars back.

I have no suggestions on how to fix this.

Linux 2.2.1, gnome from CVS 4 March 1999 16:00 GMT, gtk+/glib 1.2.0
