New toy: g-print

Hello guys,

  I have written a new toy that you might like: g-print.  

  This toy works with the latest version of the file manager (4.5.23)
which I just released.  To use it, install the program, and select
"rescan devices" in the file manager.

  Then you can Drag and Drop files from the file manager to the
printer icons on your desktop and get them printed.  This optionally
does format conversion for you as well

   This code was written by Cesar Miquel and me.
