panel applet position bug

i just noticed that with version 1.0.4-13rh of gnome core (i'm assuming the
panel's in there), the panel applets will not maintain position if you set it
to free movement under global properties-> miscellaneous-> movement.
the applets will position themselves with the oldest to the right (at least
this was my experience when i tried to have three drive mounts, mail check,
and afterstep clock (left to right in that order) at the right side. when i
removed them and added them back rightmost first, it worked fine.

under switched movement there's not a problem.
