mixer_applet

I have gnome-mixer (v1.0.4) in my panel.  When I log out, and the
panel exits or is killed, gnome_mixer leaves a corefile in my home
directory.  looking at the backtrace, it looks like its getting
thrown a SIGABRT when the panel quits:
