Translation stats

[mawarkus t-online de (Matthias Warkus)]

In the main overview page of the Gnome I18N statistics, libgtop is
listed as only 65% localised for .de. In fact, all the messages are
translated (I've checked after doing a cvs update, new autogen.sh and
make update-po).

How are those statistics determined?

Is it still periodicity if you know it is and you're doing it on
purpose?
