This functionality already exists in gnome-libs, but has been disabled for
ages because it just put useless dialog boxes across all the developers'
screens when their under-development programs crashed...
I think Havoc committed a change today to improve it slightly, but I don't
know if he enabled it (gnome_segv) by default...
