bonobo compilation problems

Some time ago I compiled bonobo out of cvs with no problems.  Then some
change was made, I assume, and I haven't been able to get it to work
since.  Just checking to see if this was a change made to the code and it
doesn't work for anybody, or if it was a change I made on my side that I
can fix.  The output below loops indefinitely.  The results are identical
for ORBit versions 0.4.3, 0.4.92, and cvs (7/14).  Any ideas?
