Run Program

I can't figure out where the "run program" dialog went to on the foot
menu of my panel. I am running gnome-core 1.0.7 and gnome-libs 1.0.9 (would
run the latest, but there is a nasty bug in anything higher than 1.0.9). I
know I used to have the "Run Program" feature, but It doesn't exist anymore.
On the same topic, the "About Gnome..." doesn't exist anymore on my panel
either...where did these go to?
