Greetings all!

I'm rather new to this list and I must say, there is something useful and helpful to read everyday. I almost forgot what list I was on though when the Virus topic hit the fan :) Looks like we've handled that one like pros though.

I have a question for anyone who cares to reply: What, in your opinion, is the best mailing list for someone who is trying to learn Linux for the first time? I subscribed to linux-newbie but that proved to be less than what I was looking for and the traffic was *way* to high for the content value. Is there another list or two any of you would care to direct me to that would be good for a computer savy programmer who is just learning this most excellent OS?
