Splash screen?

Hello guys,

I'm compiling me my rpms by myself. I´m using SuSE 6.0. Lately I saw this
cude splash screen which pops up on a Red Hat machine everytime you login.
My question: How can I enable this on my SuSE dist. What are the config-files
for this? Or is this just a call to xv or ee hidden somewhere in the
login-scripts?
