ORBit -rFOR_PANEL

Hi all,

I was having such a difficult time compiling ORBit
that I got the regular version rather than the
FOR_PANEL one.  That was a bad idea.

Anyway, Now that I got the right ORBit (compiling as
I type and seems to bee doing better than before),
I would like to know if I need to recompile the gnome-libs
package. 

Grateful for any advice.
