  Am I missing something?  It looks like gtk_ctree_set_reorderable()
was depreciated and *yanked out* of gtk+-1.1.12 & gtk+-1.1.13 and
replaced by gtk_clist_set_reorderable(), then upgrading your library is
more likely to cause the problem than fix it.

  Looking at the changelog, it was done after ~Dec 15 19:50 - 22:30.
