Apparently the Windows compiler used by the guy maintaining our Goose
statistical library doesn't have it. Anyway he complains when we use it. I
think this is MVC 6.0 or something.  (Not that this disproves your comment
;-) 

I guess it's also possible Ian doesn't have the C++ headers installed...
