(*sigh) new gnome-libs problems.

Well, after fighting through bad gettext installs and incompatible libpng's, I
got gnome-libs-0.99.2 to compile, yay.

But it won't install.

Specifically, gnome-gen-mimedb segfaults whenever it's run, so 'make install'
fails about here:
----------------
make[1]: Entering directory `/usr/src/gnome/gnome-libs-0.99.2/gnome-data'
/bin/sh ../mkinstalldirs /usr/etc
 /usr/bin/install -c -m 644 ./paper.config /usr/etc/paper.config
 /usr/bin/install -c -m 644 ./mime-magic /usr/etc/mime-magic
/bin/sh ../mkinstalldirs /usr/share/mime-info
 /usr/bin/install -c -m 644 ./gnome.mime /usr/share/mime-info/gnome.mime
/bin/sh ../mkinstalldirs /usr/etc/sound/events
 /usr/bin/install -c -m 644 ./gnome.soundlist /usr/etc/sound/events/gnome.soundlist
 /usr/bin/install -c -m 644 ./gtk-events.soundlist /usr/etc/sound/events/gtk-events.soundlist
/bin/sh ../mkinstalldirs /usr/var/games
chgrp games /usr/var/games && chmod g=rwXs /usr/var/games
../libgnome/gnome-gen-mimedb /usr/etc/mime-magic
make[1]: *** [install-data-local] Segmentation fault
make[1]: Leaving directory `/usr/src/gnome/gnome-libs-0.99.2/gnome-data'
make: *** [install-recursive] Error 1
-----------------

Any ideas? This happened with gnome-libs-0.99.1, CVS, and gnome-libs-0.99.2.
This one stumps me. Oh, and if I run gnome-gen-mimedb manually, it also
segfaults. This is with a kind of Frankenstein RedHat-5.x-ish system....

I promise, someday, I'll be pestering you with problems about packages later
in the dependency chain... ;-)
