Control Center appearing tiny

Hi there.  I've had this problem for a day or two now, and I'm not
sure if it's a bug, or a problem on my end:

Whenever I try to run the Gnome Control Center, it appears in the
upper left corner of the screen very, very small.  When I grab an edge 
and pull it bigger, there's nothing inside the window.

Anyone have this problem, or know of a way to fix it?
