Colour drag&drop

Hmm.

It would be nice if you could drag&drop a colour from the colour
browser (that is, the thing which parses rgb.txt) to, say, the panel.
The Users' Guide says it should be possible to drag a colour from a
selector to the panel, but this doesn't work for me.

Where exactly can you drag a colour?
