mc 4.5.14 bug

seems that now using mc leaves the right most scrollbar as a very small
poorly functional scrollbar.  Window geometries  don't get saved. 
The size of the tree on the left gets saved but not window size.
Other than that first thought are it looks almost done(I could be wrong
of course).
