Sorry to bother you fellas, but I haven't got a clue how to solve myself
I'll fire the question here.
When I try to "make" in gnome-libs-0.99.7 I get the following error:
...
make[2]: Leaving directory `/home/winger/src/gnome-libs-0.99.7/tools'
Making all in images
make[2]: Entering directory `/home/winger/src/gnome-libs-0.99.7/images'
make[2]: *** No rule to make target `gnome-info.png', needed by
`all-am'. Stop.
make[2]: Leaving directory `/home/winger/src/gnome-libs-0.99.7/images'
make[1]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/winger/src/gnome-libs-0.99.7'
make: *** [all-recursive-am] Error 2
The preceding "configure" had spit out:
...
sed: can't read ./devel-docs/gnome/Makefile.in: No such file or
directory
sed: can't read ./devel-docs/gnomeui/Makefile.in: No such file or
directory
...
I downloaded the 0.99.5 version and patched it (in two steps) to 0.99.7.
My systems looks like:
libc-5.3.12-27, egcs-1.0.2-10, linux-2.0.34
ORBit-0.3.96, gnome-print-0.0.3
glib-1.1.15, gtk+-1.1.15
I have a lot of build warnings in other packages, should they be
reported somewhere as bug with low priority, or should I just let it
pass by?
Kind greetings,
Wing Tung
PS. Could we _please_ keep out Enlightenment specific postings out of
here?
