ORBit-0.3.96 *builds* on Solaris.

Hi,

To those others who had problems with ORBit-0.3.91 not building on Solaris 
(getting syntax errors and the like when the orbit-idl compiler is called) - it 
appears to be fixed in the new release!

Just built sucessfully and cleanly on my Solaris2.6 system.

Thanks to the Developers, as always ;O)
