ORBit-0.3.96 build failure

  I tried to send this once, but I haven't seen it show up on the
listserv yet.  Too long?  Dunno.  Here it is again, much-shortened...


  Just tried crunching up the ORBit-0.3.96 tarball.  It seems to have
a few problems.

  In the end, it looks like CosEventChannel.h is missing, but I've
included the whole log for your viewing pleasure.  The (first) fatal
error was:

	orbit-event-server.c:4: CosEventChannel.h: No such file or directory

  Were bits just left out of the tarball?  There are a *lot* of files
that are in ORBit-0.3.91's src/services/event that are missing from
ORBit-0.3.96.
