If gtkicq has sensitive data that it is saving, it should use the
gnome_config_private_[sg]et_string() functions to save it in its
configuration.
This will save it to the ~/.gnome_private config file heirachy. This
heirachy has the permission bits set so it is only user read/writable.
That gtkicq doesn't do this currently is probably a bug that should be
fixed by the author.
