What version of gnome-guile are you using?  The most recent one in CVS
should work fine.  You should have this entry in guile-gtk/ChangeLog

	* gtk-1.1.defs (gtk_container_block_resize,
	gtk_container_unblock_resize, gtk_container_need_resize): Removed.

Alternatively, you can of course just edit gtk-1.1.defs yourself and
remove the offending `define-func' statements.
