RE: bug tracker is picky

Apparently I can not get my mail client (MS outlook) to not
include the '' around the name. Could someone else submit
the bug about gnomepad/gtk textedit?
I agree the bug tracker should be a little more forgiving.
BTW: I'm sending from work so I have no choice of which mail
client I can use.
