Re: control-center 1.06 make fails

This usually indicates that ORBit was not detected correctly.  If you look
at the makefiles, you will see that the command is something like:
  $(ORBIT_IDL) ../idl/control-center.idl

If the ORBit detection routines in configure do not work correctly,
ORBIT_IDL will not be set.  Make sure you have ORBit (and ORBit-devel if
you are using packages) installed, and have a fairly recent version when
compiling things.  Also make sure that the orbit-config script is in the
path when configuring things.
