Gnoming from the keyboard, plus other stuff

Hello! I use the latest RPMs on RH 5.2 (X updated to 3.3.1); E is the wm.

Much as I have looked around, I haven't been able to find KB shortcuts to
use with Gnome. In particular, there isn't a keypress combo that to call
up the foot menu. E has several shortcuts, but for whatever reason the
"Show root menu" command just doesn't work (I've tried to bind it to ctrl
+ alt + m). Am I missing something obvious?

Also, where can I find an exhaustive description of the GTK settings in a
gtkrc file? I'd like to be able to alter or design themes. Thank you in
