It is used during the make process to convert the stock icons to xpm .h
format. If your ImageMagick does not work correctly, you will get garbled
stock icons in the menu, in the mixer, etc. This is a problem I
encountered.

If you use SuSE 6.0, dump ImageMagick - their compile is crap. Make your
own.:)
