problem with balsa

Well, iIhave balsa installed though rpm says otherwise. Anyways
when I start it from a console I get. *** Could not load config file .balsarc!
.. It also doesn't let finish the setup. I get to were It asks me where I want
my inbox, oubox yadada  and then it tells me they're invaild. The binary is
in /usr/bin. Were would it look for it's config file? Could someone send it to
me? Thanks.
