Bug in panel

I am running the latest panel from CVS and noticed the following bug.

I have a drawer panel with the web control applet in it as well as a
launcher for netscape.  When i click on the drawer to open it, it won't
open.  Now if I move the drawer icon while the drawer is supposed to be
open the drawer will appear.  If I click the icon again, the drawer
disappears and I can repeat the above steps and get the same behavior.

This only happens when animations are disabled though.
