gtk-- compile fails

Hi,

When I make gtk--, it fails when it links everything.  The linker
complains about multiple definitions of connect_to_function.  Its
defined in functions.cc and pixmap.gen_h.   Why is there any code in the
header, anyway?

BTW, connect_to_functions isn't mentioned in the header - I suspect a
macro's doing it.
