Errors running panel: 9/17 cvs version

running the panel:

panel: error in loading shared libraries
: undefined symbol: default_principal_iovec

I found a symbol in libOrbit.so that is:
0003083c D ORBit_default_principal_iovec

Is there a name that's off in the panel?
Maybe a supporting library?
