Hello Adam.

   What does MWF and Tth appointments mean?

   If you mean that you need appointments for Mondays, Wednesdays, and
Fridays, well, just select the "Weekly recurrence" dialog box and click
on the "Monday", "Wednesday" and "Friday" checkboxes. 

   Do the same for your Tuesday and Thursday.
