Balsa

Hi,


I need some help on getting balsa to work. I want to recice/send email 
(pop3/smtp ??).
My configuration:
	Name: Me
	E-mail address: my@isp.extension
	SMTP server: mail.isp.extension

Its suppostet that when i press get pop3 mails, i will see arive any
email, well it doasent. And when trying to send an email, balsa said:
``Error sending message, child exited 127 (No such file or directory)''.

What sould i do to make it work ??
