Changing the fragment size on the fly may be difficult (and linux/bsd
specific), although a command line option for the server shouldn't
be hard to work in.  Adding it to the TODO list...

Currently, the fragment size is set to a reasonable medium between
cpu-usage-spike-buffering, and response time (for my machine).
