koala.inria.fr is also an official xpm site that carries the latest xpm.
I have seen this problem mentioned a few times now, maybe a check should
be added in configure. The presence of X11/xpm.h and libXpm is a
*requirement* for (gtk-)XmHTML to compile.
Miguel, the next XmHTML beta will use configure and include a test for libXpm.
It also tests for libjpeg, libpng and libz.
