AFAIK, Netscape saves all its mail in plain text. Look in your ~/nsmail
directory, you should see a filename for each Netscape folder you keep.
You could probably just copy the appropriate folder, gzip it, and send it
on its way.
If you need to select certain messages from a folder for sending, make a
new one, copy what you need into there.
