gnome-core/help-browser, CVS 981002, minor bugfix

Hi,

gnome-core/help-broswer, CVS 981002 doesn't do URL canonicalization.
If you click a reference from "http://localhost" to "./", the help-browser
shows "http://localhost/./" or "http://localhost/./././" if you click it
multiple times instead of "http://localhost".
