macros/ dir

I feel some m4 macros in macros/ are useful for non-gnome apps.  In
fact I use them very often in my acinclude.m4, for non-gnome programs.

My question is, why should the macro/ dir be included for every gnome
packages?  gnome-libs could just install the m4 files to any
share/aclocal directory.

I have been tired of copying macros/ dir to my local gnome package.  I
need more convenient *.m4 solution..
