imlib configuration bug

Hello, ...

i had some problem when running the panel, and i want to report the following
"bug" in imlib (not sure it is the right place here).

i compiled imlib as follows :

./configure --prefix=$HOME

so a $HOME/etc was created and the imrc and im_palette.pal placed in it.

but the imrc file points to /usr/etc/im_palette.pal instead of the correct
place who is $(prefix)/etc/im_palette.pal
