You need to upgrade your libgtk to

gtk+-1.1.0-1998052517

the referance was added couple of days ago and gave me a lot of grief. Now
if I do
nm /usr/lib/libgtk-1.1.so.0|grep gtk_rc_set_image_loader
I see
0006a630 T gtk_rc_set_image_loader

Which was not there before
