yes, but when you have the panel on the left or right, horizontal is
better:) (also, the volume control applet should change to horizontal
orientation when the panel is vertical)

I'll try to make horizontal/vertical an option.

Can i check if the panel is horizontal/vertical orientation somehow (so
that applet can default to h/v bars) ?
