cvs build of gnome-libs/libgtktty for 10 May fails

After executing ./autogen, it does a bunch of shit and fails on
the build in libgtktty.  In the configure file, AM_CONFIG_HEADER
is on line 525 and it looks as if the macro is not be translated.
I think it can be traced back to an aclocal warning, but here is the
