Why are my posts being duplicated from switzerland?

Does anyone know why all my posts are getting posted
twice, once from me <rlb@cs.utexas.edu> and once from some address
I've never heard of, <rlb@Flasher.unixsup.switzerland.ncr.com>?  
Note the two "From:" addresses:

It's a little annoying, for others too I would imagine, presuming
