small bug in mouse-properties panel

just a small thing but I haven't seen anyone else post it so I thought I
would.

If you adjust the speed of your mouse (possibly the  threshold as well) The
slider bars a back to front. ie if I make it faster it goes slower and if I
make it slower it goes faster :)
