gnome-libs/libgnome/gnome-dl.c:RTLD_NOW?

So, the big question is "what is RTLD_NOW supposed to be?"

Until this is answered, I can't get libgnome to compile... nor finish
compiling gnome-libs... and therefore can't get to gnome-core or
anything else... 

Making all in libgnome

gnome-dl.c:41: #error what is RTLD_NOW supposed to be?
