only segfaults when starting applications?

Hello,

finally I got mico, gnome-libs, gnome-core comiled. But when I start an
application it only segfaults for me. The only application, wich seems to
run is the htmltest. I get the following output when starting panel:

1.) where is the pixmap_path defined. When I get the same error, when I
put the images in the systemwide directory
