compiling gnome-utils-0.13

i have successfully compiled and installed gnome-libs and 
gnome-graphics.  however, i'm trying to compile gnome-utils and i get 
errors in gtop.

make[2]: *** No rule to make target `fsview.h', needed by `sysview.o'.  
Stop.

i can't seem to find fsview.h anywhere.

ideas/hints/suggestions?
