Well, I'm now running the most current CVS of
gtk+ and gnome-libs
I have mico-2.0.3 rpms installed as well as Imlib-1.1-1
(Have these been changed inside the CVS repository? I really would like to
avoid compiling mico if I could...)
Trying to run gnome-help-browser from the CVS repository gives me:
E: BadMatch (invalid parameter attributes)
Aborted (core dumped)
Also (I've found) running gnome-hello-1-menus from the gnome-libs/gnome-hello
directory can give me the same error if I try to invoke the Help::About menu
item.
I as a wild stab at my problem, does gnome-help-browser pop up more than one
window on startup?
Let's see... Running gnome-hello-1-menus through gdb, I find that the error is
being generated in a call to gtk_widget_show (gtkwidget.c). The line is
gtk_signal_emit (GTK_OBJECT(widget),widget_signals[SHOW]);
The offending widget was created in the gnome-hello program using
gnome_about_new.
Is no one else experiencing this problem with the most recent CVS snapshots?
