| states several times, that mico has to be configured with '--with-gtk',

| '--enable-gtk'. That sort of misleading info should definately be removed

For Mico 2.0.5, this was --with-gtk=<GTK+ Dir.> ... are you using
Mico 2.0.x > 2.0.5? They might have changed it in a new version's
configure...
But last I remember, 2.0.5 is the only one which will work anyways...
