ANNOUNCE: gnome-commandapp 0.2

This is the announce of version 0.2 of the command-based application API,
now with a new GnomeKeyParser class. This class allows binding of keys or
key sequences to a certain callback (and can be used without the rest of the
API).

manually binding functions to menu items, toolbar buttons and key

you bind a named command to them. This has the advantage of making the
application much easier to code, and at the same time giving the user almost
