The GnomeCanvas widget is in the gnome-libs module in the cvs
repository.  There is example usage code in
gnome-libs/test-gnome/canvas.c.  There is "real world" code in the
gnumeric module, which is the Gnome spreadsheet.

The GtkCaanvas widget is in http://www.levien.com/gfonted -- it is not
on cvs yet.
